DELIVERY OPTIONS
What are your delivery options?
We offer local delivery to several cities in Hamilton, Ontario and the surrounding area. We also offer wire service to locations in Canada, the United States and international destinations. For more information please visit our Delivery page.
DISCOUNT CODES
I have a discount code, where do I enter it?
If you have a discount code you can enter it at the checkout in the Order Summary window on the right side of the checkout page. Your discount will automatically be applied to your purchase.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
What are the benefits of creating an account?
If you sign up for an account you will save the extra step of entering your information at the checkout. The system will auto-fill it for you. If you need use a different shipping or billing address for your order you can simply change the information in the checkout when you are submitting your order.
How do I cancel my account?
We would hate to see you go, but if you would like to cancel your account please contact us by email or phone and we will disable your account.
SIZE OPTIONS
What is the difference between "Standard" and "Premium" size options?
Standard floral bouquets are as shown on the product information page. Premium bouquets are enhanced with the addition of more of the same types of flowers. The result is a fuller, larger arrangement.
Standard gift baskets are as shown on the product information page. The Premium option is the Standard gift basket with the addition of a bouquet of seasonal flowers. Depending on the type of gift basket, our florists will either incorporate the bouquet into the basket itself or wrap it as a separate bouquet to accompany the order.
SUBSTITUTIONS
What if I want something changed or customized in my order?
If you don't see what you're looking for in our product selection, or would like an item customized, please contact us by phone (1-800-680-9868) and we would be happy to help create piece to suit your needs and budget.
What is your substitution policy?
Occasionally, we may be required to make substitutions to fulfill your order due to availability. This may apply to flowers, plants or gift basket items, including keepsake containers that may become unavailable due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.
If a substitution is required, rest assured our florists will take great care to maintain the style and colour theme of the arrangement or gift basket. Any substitutions will be of equal value to the components they are replacing from the original product.
